When I first started trying to find out how to burn fat on a mountain bike, I didn’t know what to do. But I figured that with a bike like the Motorcycle Pro that I could at least learn how to ride it and get a better idea of what I was doing.

You might be thinking to yourself, “What exactly are the best exercises to use when attempting to build muscle while riding a bicycle?” Well, there are a lot of them. When I first began my search for information about building muscle on my Motorcycle Pro, I kept my eyes wide open. I wanted to learn everything I could about this equipment and I wanted to get ripped.

So I did a little research and I found that I should spend more time on the road. Riding my bike all around the neighborhood, jogging, running, or just taking long walks were effective ways to burn fat. As far as building muscle went, it was probably a little more difficult than just working out on my Motorcycle Pro but I did see some great results. Plus, if I didn’t like the time of day, I didn’t have to worry about going home.

So, now that I had my mountain bike and I was working out, I began to wonder,

Again, I didn’t know what to do next. But I figured that if I was already getting the Motorcycle results that I wanted, then maybe I should focus my attention on this area. The more time that I worked out on the bike, the better I felt.

Now, since I knew that the best time for me to begin working out with my mountain bike was in the morning, it made sense for me to ride my bike first thing in the morning. For the next three days, I worked out on my Motorcycle Pro and then after that, I worked on my mountain bike.

After those three days, I figured that I would get the Motorcycle results that I had been looking for. That’s exactly what I did. Every morning I would ride my Motorcycle Pro for a few minutes and then I would do some light cardio for an hour and then I would do some more on the bike. 

I was getting pretty good at it so I figured I would stick with it and not change it up any time soon. I figured that the easiest way for me to continue working out and burning fat was to ride my Motorcycle every single day. If I wasn’t getting the results that I was looking for then it would be a waste of time anyway because I had already spent several weeks working on my mountain bike and it was just going to take so much longer to see the results that I wanted. So, I figured that it was worth it to get the bike all ready to go so that I could start my week on it.

So, as the second week went by I started to notice that my Motorcycle was a little sluggish. That is when I knew that I was going to have to push myself to make any significant changes. But, I figured that since I was getting the same results that I had from my first week I would just keep on riding it the same way. I figured that I was just going to have to ride it until I burned fat!

Well, that same week, I put on a new mountain bike jacket and helmet that I had bought online and went out for a ride. As I went along I began to notice that the Motorcycle was a lot tighter when it came to the hips and was pulling me forward, which is something that I did not notice before.

After I finished my ride I was shocked at how much heavier I was and I didn’t even notice that I was sweating because my skin was so dry and I didn’t get a chance to absorb the sweat that I did shed! I figured that I had been losing fat with the same routine, but I had gained a ton of muscle!
